You can get a free level 3 qualification if:

  • I am 19 or over and do not already have a level 3 qualification
  • I have lived in the UK or EU/EEA for the last 3 years*
  • I already have a level 3 qualification or higher but earning below £25,000**
  • I already have a level 3 qualification or higher but am unemployed
